Indus river starts from Gilgit Baltistn. Which has great potential to produce electricity at low cost. This river is also used for irrigation. Currently the Government is working on Dimar basha dam in future it will produce 45000 mw electricity and it 'll also helps to store water.This dam 'll attract tourist due to its uniqueness.
The wild animals of Gilgit are very rare in the world.They add more beauty to the region.wild animal like markopoloship is only found on this region, this is declared nas our national animal.
There are so many lakes in Gilgit Baltistn.Famous lakes are kachora, shangrala,shagatan etc, which attrects tourist from all over the world.Government has made some efforts to improve the infrastructure to facilitate foreigners.
Gilgit Baltistan has gret potential not only in tourism industry but also in other fields ilke generation of electricity and trade.

ReplyDeletegilgit is a very precious gift of allah to us..so we hav 2 take care of it..we hav 2 do smthng to increase in tourism so first we hav to solve the prblm facing by tourist..
